Extracting simplicity from organized chaos

Luggage & Travel

The substantial luggage market is very ripe for disruption. Carry-On Roller Bags, (one of the biggest products sold), come in one of two well-entrenched types. That's no longer the case. Soon strategic luggage manufacturers will have differentiated product to garner market share for their brand.

Potential Business partners:

Executives and design leads for innovative luggage companies that manufacture as well as distribute.

SMARTphone case

The Jim Fleser Design smartphone case is deceptively simple yet it addresses the three most distressing elements of corporate smartphone usage and brings them to satisfying closure. Once again, product differentiation for savvy manufacturers of smartphone cases.

Potential Business partners:

Executives for companies that market accessories to smartphone users via established distribution channels.

public hygeine

Some designs can only be developed by someone deep in the throes of a recurring problem. Like the Luggage design, this innovation addresses a challenge that we all face whenever we go out into the world. Though it doesn’t sound as sexy as more technical designs, the target market is huge.

Potential Business partners:

Executives of firms that market products for public restrooms, (e.g., soap dispensers, hand towel machines, toilet seats, etc.)

CONTAINERS FOR HUMANS

If we look at people as the ‘product’ and the world around us (such as cars, houses, trains, etc.) as ‘containers,’ this packaging-centric concept takes the challenges of our century head-on: Homelessness, Migration/Immigration, Natural Disaster Relief, Carbon Reduction and Overcrowding.

Potential Business partners:

Businesses or public entities that want to directly address the issues of housing people on a temporary or permanent basis.
